JOB: Brand manager

Job Summary;

We are currently looking for a brand manager with experience in FMCG sector to work closely with our production and marketing teams on several product lines


  • Required to drive the creation of robust equity for assigned Brands that will continue to attract strong consumer loyalty. Involves planning and execution activities.
  • Prepare annual budget for the brand for approval and monitor advertising budget.
  •  Coach the team and get the best from everyone
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
  • Identify opportunities and key brand issues
  • Oversee brand marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  •  Develop new and innovative growth strategies
  • Provide continuous support to on-trade clients for all sales and marketing functions. Create records and keep up to date the new accounts on trade and work with the Business Development Manager on implementing Global brand plans.



Qualification Level: Bachelor

Experience Level: Mid-level

Experience Length: 3 years


  • Must portray strengths in Communication, consumer insight generation, brand propositions and strategy.
  •  Must be growth driven,
  •  Must be innovative and a Business Leader.
  •  Must be IT Savvy.
