JOB: Brand Manager

 

Our client, in Manufacturing firm seeking to fill the position of Brand Manager Position.

The Brand Manager will have strategic responsibilities; including launching new products and maximizing the impact of our client's portfolio of products.

Our client is a leading FMCG Manufacturer.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumer

insights

  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals, and strategies to match up to
  • Work closely with cross-functional team members (e.g. Sales, Finance, R&D, Operations, agency partners, etc.) ensuring system alignment and activation of brand strategy.
  • Build sustaining and collaborative relationships with key internal team members and agency resources.
  • Take a leadership role in driving strategy insight, partnership and program development for a key customer. This includes working with a Customer-Focused Team to drive key programs that deliver HICS (highest impact on customer success).
  • Development of the annual plan and long-term vision.
  • Implement learning from key analytic resources to drive more efficient and effective targeting into Creative and Contact Strategy.
  • Continuous improvement based upon personal learning and stretching that results in lifting the skills of the entire marketing team.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude that contributes to the overall culture of the marketing team and perception of the marketing team within the organization.
  • Perform evaluations of key marketing programs - determine how to best allocate and invest company resources to build the Brand as a result of that evaluation.
  • Serve as the internal Champion for ideas that move business, communicating succinctly and gaining the support of Sr. Management



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and MBA is required with 7-10 years of brand/product marketing experience,
  • Experience in addressing the needs of consumers and retail customers while successfully delivering brand building programs
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • He/ She should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
