JOB: Business Development Manager(Enterprise) - Rwanda


Our client providing Financial, Enterprise and Government technologies solutions is looking to hire Business Development manager.


The primary role is to generate new client revenue by selling company software and services


  • To understand and keep regularly updated on current product and service offerings and contribute to the development / integration of these products to customers
  • Develop a business development and sales strategy that employs direct and channel approaches to significantly expand the use of our solutions in Rwanda
  • Create and maintain Account and Territory level plans
  • Lead the revenue planning and success metrics for entry into new partnerships & markets
  • Create business plans for the region including, but not limited to, lead identification, opportunity development, competitive strategies and targets and build strong business relationships and support to formulate and execute account strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Accurately forecast revenue
  • Collaborate with company departments to develop strategies to capitalize on emerging customer and market trends
  • Liaising with various government departments to understand their present and future needs and providing solutions to meet their needs.



  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions directly and through a channel
  • Capability to quickly learn new technology and translate it into solutions that address customer needs
  • 5-7 years relevant software sales experience, preferably in a Partner sales environment.
  • Experience selling to government and corporates
  • Strong regional market knowledge
