JOB:Business Development Manager( Fintech) - Nigeria 


Our client an international company providing Financial, Enterprise and Government technologies solutions is looking to hire Business Development manager.


In this role the candidate will be responsible for acquiring partnerships to promote sales for Products & Solutions within the corporate space.


  • Full ownership of customer requests and exploring new opportunities to add value to position
  • Ensure account retention, contractual health, well-being and maximum satisfaction of clients
  • Initiate and maintain a strong link between customers and back office services in order to ease communication and facilitate the resolution of any issues
  • Identify trends by researching industry, related events and announcements
  • Contribute to the business strategy through a deep understanding of industry requirements, market trends and client requirements
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Work with sales specialists, other functions and channel partners where required to proactively address customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain territory and account plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis



  • Direct or indirect work experience in the Money Transfer or Mobile Financial Services Industry,
  • Candidates with experience selling software, data solutions will stand out.
  • Prior experience in telecommunications is preferred,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the fintech or emerging technology space.
  • Strong background in sales and business development
  • Much have excellent communication & presentation skills
