JOB: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

 

Our client a Value-added Service provider is looking to hire a Business Development Representative

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, develop and implement business strategies for Brand Partnership and grow the business.
  • Drive and proactively seek and acquisition of brand partnership opportunities.
  • Plan and manage pitch meetings with Artists and comedians
  • Define value and benefits to artists when establishing brand partnership.
  • Create new relationships with brand partners and promote collaboration & maintain long term sustainable partnership.
  • Work across multiple departments to align priorities and maximize efficiency, especially the roster of the artists and comedians.
  • Evaluate and negotiate the commercial or deal terms. Follow up the contract negotiation and ensure compliance.

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS;

 

  • Extensive understanding of entertainment marketing challenges and sales cycles.
  • Experience with content acquisition and digital marketing
  • A strong contact list of Music agencies.
  • Organized, highly commercial with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High energy, hungry to find opportunities and generate revenue.
  • Experience with music or media or entertainment industries preferred.
  • With strong connection with artists will be a big plus.
