JOB: Front Office admin - Primary school

 

Our client a middle level school based in Nairobi is looking to hire a Front office admin.

Positions: 2

 

JOB PURPOSE;

The candidate will undertake all receptionist and clerical duties.

 

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable
  • Answer all incoming calls, redirect them or keep messages
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Support staff on admin and operational issues
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Take up other duties as assigned.

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS;

 

  • Diploma in Front office
  • At-least 3-4 year(s) relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in a school set up is an added advantage.
  • Must be a computer literate
  • Knowledge of office management and bookkeeping
  • Proficient in English – oral and written
