JOB: Front office assistant

 

Our client a manufacturing company based in Mombasa is looking to hire a Front office assistant.

 

Job location: Mombasa

 

JOB PURPOSE;

The candidate will help in organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  •  Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS;

 

  • Diploma in Administration and Office Management;
  • Proven experience as an office assistant
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Great communication skills
