JOB: Human Resource Officer

Roles and duties

  1. Maintaining of HR and payroll data
  2. Maintaining the staff personal file system in perfect manner to ensure staff personal files are complete and secure
  3. Handling all areas related to staff leave  and maintaining the leave register
  4. Capturing on all staff leave and off data to T&A system on daily basis
  5. Maintaining the T&A system and processing of T&A reports on a periodical basis
  6. Maintaining record on staff requests related to attendance and factoring on daily basis
  7. Assist in the recruitment process
  8. Conducting new employee orientation program and other educational and training programs on changes in benefits, diversity etc.
  9. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job descriptions and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
  10. Raising proactive issues with managers, identifying practical solutions to complex and adverse HR issues and recommending appropriate action plans.
  11. Briefing new employees on the policies and procedures of an organization.
  12. Any other duty as may be assigned by the management from time to time

 

Qualifications

  1. Member of IHRM
  2. Degree in HRM
  3. Minimum experience of 2 years
  4. Conversant with labour laws and HR best practices
  5. Discreet and able to handle confidential of both staff and organization
  6. Attention to details and strong work ethic
