JOB: Loans Officer


Our client providing Document and technology solutions is seeking to hire a Loan Officer.


This role is responsible for managing loan portfolio under responsibility for growth in earned revenue, collections of due instalments and expanding the customer base in accordance with the agreed business strategy. 



  • Growing a quality loan portfolio
  •  Performing daily invoicing on all account that fall due and following up rescheduled payment for billing on rescheduling set dates.
  • Effective customer management retention and consistent growth in business with the current portfolio of customers and acquisition of new ones
  • recruiting and signing new clients
  • Preparation of the new customer schedules for all the new loans that are issued for updating the company Loan Schedules and preparing ad-hoc customer statements and reports on need
  • Confirm validity of all securities for fraud control and ensure safe custody of all documents.




  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of business or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience and 2 years’ experience as an account manager
  • Strong Interpersonal and relationship skills needed.
  • Excellent communication and customer services skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a mind of numbers
