JOB: Sales Admin

Our client a Reseller of Office Stationary, Computers & Accessories, Design and Branding is looking for a Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to the sales team.

Job Summary: Responsible for managing sales activities; lead generation, closing of sales orders, customer service & managing sales reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Preparing the quotations to the clients.
  • Customer support, on queries, complains, order processing.
  • Prepare tender documents as required.
  • Coordinating deliveries
  • Preparing Invoices, delivery notes
  • Maintaining stocks
  • Follow up on payment for credit accounts.
  • Preparing weekly sales reports.
  • Ensure all statutory payments (NSSF, NHIF, and KRA) are paid in time.
  • Filing all sales related documents
  • Other assigned duties
  • Digital marketing on company’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter accounts.



  • Bachelor Degree from accredited University/Diploma in Management or Sales
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Sales Administration in a similarly Medium enterprise will be an added advantage.
  • Working experience in Quick books.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS office packages (most especially MS Excel and Word)

  • Self-disciplined and person of high integrity.
  • Hard working, good attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for work performed.
  • Must be very savvy in digital marketing including social media, website design etc
  • High sense of professionalism in conduct
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good problem solving skills and ability to take initiative.
