JOB: Sales Administrator

Our client a distributor of mobile phones and accessories in E. Africa, are looking to hire a Sales Administrator.

Job Purpose;

The role of a sales administrator is to deal with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing invoices for all sales transactions
  • Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
  • Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
  • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
  • Taking phone calls from customers.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers
  • Invoice products accurately and ensure correct products are supplied, communicate with customer to collect products when applicable
  • Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presence

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS;

  • A Degree/ Advanced Diploma certificate in Sales and Marketing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Well versed in IT skills.
  • An administrative or sales background in selling phones is a must
  • Ability to work with no or minimum supervision.
  • Digital marketing experience is an added advantage
