JOB: Sales Administrator


Job Summary: Responsible for managing sales activities; lead generation, closing of sales orders, customer service & managing sales reporting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Raising quotations.
  • Handling customer enquiries.
  • Processing invoices for all sales transactions
  • Follow up on payment for credit accounts.
  • Maintaining good customer relations
  • Producing weekly marketing & Sales reports
  • Maintaining client records
  • Digital marketing on company’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter accounts.
  • Arranging deliveries of orders placed.
  • Organize Sales /Marketing events
  • Other office Administrative duties.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.


Qualifications & Skills Desired

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in  business studies /any related field of study
  • At least 3 years sales experience in a highly commercial environment, account management experience is desired
  • Mature and well groomed
  • Well conversant with Microsoft Office.
  • Highly assertive person, very well spoken and articulate
  • Ability to speak neutral English, excellent telephone handling skills and must be comfortable making many calls
  • Good organizer, accurate, fast worker, assertive and an excellent networker
  • Must be very savvy in digital marketing including social media, website design etc
  • Must understand how to communicate with customers
  • Must have good communication skills (both written and spoken).
