JOB: Team Leader in production

Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a Team Leader in production.


The preferred candidate will be responsible for the leadership of a production team with regards to safety, quality, efficiency and consistent application of best practices.




  • Planning, implementing and controlling production schedules
  • Implement new operating procedures and ensure standard ones are adhered to at all times.
  • Prepare and submit production reports.
  • Manage operational expenses of the production.
  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules, and outlining duties.
  • Analyze production & quality control to detect and correct problems
  • Implement cost control programs


Preferred Qualifications


  • Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in the field of business
  • At least 3 years relevant proven and adequate experience in the FMCG industry
  • Factory management- previous experience will be an added advantage
  • People oriented leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Proficiency English is a must. Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office is a must.
