Our client in telecoms business is looking for a dynamic FTTH Sales Agents.
Workstation: Kiambu, Kiambu road
Tasks and Responsibilities
- To prospect for new Private Clients to meet new Business targets.
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of sales of fibre to private homeowners and individuals.
- To keep abreast on the Company’s Telecom Fibre Product Suite
- Lead generation and follow up on all requests for quotes and solutions, actively pursue lead generation activities.
- Manage opportunities on the lead management system and CRM.
- Prioritize deals to maintain target.
- Establish, maintain, expand and take ownership of Customer relationships.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in sales or a related field
- At least 6 years in a similar environment.
- Strong communication, negotiating and influence skills.
- Experience in external sales, cold calling and generating own leads.
- Proficient with MS Office and Sales CRM Solutions.
- Ability to work individually as a motivated self-starter.
- Customer orientated and service driven.
- Proven ability to sell either Fibre to the home or sales directly to individuals and generating own leads / a track record in exceeding targets.
