Vacant: GRID MANAGER

Our client in telecommunication industry is looking to hire a Grid manager based in Nairobi.

Work Station: Nairobi

JOB PURPOSE;

The suitable candidate should be responsible for the current commercial part, ensure invoicing of all meters, analyze Consumption of Sites under your scope and report and process data for monthly & annual reports.

 MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Development and Monitoring of Plans for New Connections
• Monitor and analyze in collaboration with the provider the curative activities on the meters
• Propose corrective measures
• Participate in meetings with the energy provide and database reconciliation
• Validate all invoices and ensure monthly payment
• Ensure rapid communication to energy provider
• Manage escalations of all types and provide information on progress
• Analyze in real time interventions for which customer engagement has not been met

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS;

• Should have Electronic training or relevant course
• At least 3 years in the telecoms / EVT environment
• Good analytical skills
