Our client dealing with manufacturing of food products is looking to hire a Sales Distribution Extension Manager.
Job Location; Nairobi
JOB PURPOSE:
The main role of this position is to manage the company revenue stream to meet company requirements by ensuring timely processing and delivery of customer orders, ensure stock availability and ensure product availability to all customers.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, review and maintain the outstanding route to market strategy
- Coordinate RTM activities and adjusts routes to meet customer need
- Liaise with sales team, ensure distributors are actively engaged for orders based on the distributors stock and stock availability
- Ensure all customer orders are fully processed ,dispatched and delivered
- Resolve customer complaints and queries by coordinating with all internal parties
- Train and Motivate Sales reps.
- Region and route mapping for optimal resource productivity and route efficiency
- Conducting monthly performance business reviews and implementing distributor improvement programs focused on improving sales revenue
- Implementation of optimal coverage initiatives in assigned territories
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS;
- Degree in Business related course
- Minimum of 6 years in Sales, order processing
- 5 years’ experience in FMCG Industry experience is a must
- Experience in use of ERP system
- A successful track record in creating, organizing and implementing a sales and distribution strategy.
