JOB PURPOSE;

The ideal candidate should participate in electrical installations, participate in energy installations: solar system (panels and batteries) and other associated connections and generators.

 

 MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

  • Participate in the deployment of energy equipment and technical environment of the network in charge by the organization on behalf of the customer.
  • Give the progress of the sites to the supervisor
  • Carry out the end-to-end energy installations.
  • Execute action plans in case of troubleshooting for incident tickets during installations
  • Ensure maintenance before acceptance by the customer to Ensure respect for the environment in waste management.
  • Strict compliance with safety procedures, especially on construction sites
  • Able to do missions abroad for group projects as needed

 

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS;

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer networks or telecommunications or electronics
  • At least 2 years of experience in installation or telecom equipment.
  • Knowledge of the operation of telecom sites.
  • Ability to work under pressure

JOB PURPOSE;

The suitable candidate should manage the internal and external vehicle fleet, participate in the management of refueling in connection with operations, manage the telephone credit allocation of each employee and define, implement and implement daily, weekly and monthly all the appropriate controls relating to vehicle-related expenses (fuel consumption, trips made in accordance with mission orders) and telephone allocations

 

 MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

  • Manage rentals by ensuring the best possible allocation of vehicles, rented or purchased, to the various departments and for the various missions to be carried out
  • Manage the relationship with vehicle rental companies and repair garages
  • Propose structural optimizations to reduce vehicle operating costs
  • Manage the maintenance of vehicles purchased while minimizing its cost
  • Daily check the position of vehicles via GPS in relation to the routes of planned missions
  • Validate fuel reloading schedules for each vehicle
  • Perform and document weekly all the checks carried out between the allocated fuel and the fuel actually used (including reconciliation between consumption and odometer)
  • Provide weekly reporting on the management of the vehicle fleet including the monitoring of ongoing improvement actions

Job Location; Nairobi

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up the Logistic department, starting at the beginning supply chain to the provision for local team and customers,
  • In charge of organizing flows and storage of goods required for the company within warehouses at the lowest cost of ownership,
  • Responsible of the local purchasing function and regional sourcing.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and follow purchase and logistic Kpis (stock rotation, etc.) and its evolution in order to optimize overall costs,
  • Identify any anomalies or malfunctions into the logistic and supply chain and its causes,
