Salary: Gross Salary of KES 60,000.

Job Overview:
Our Client is seeking to recruit a competent and experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of the company fleet and heavy equipment operations based in Mai Mahiu.

·       Supervise and lead a team of two mechanics

·       Oversee maintenance and repair of:

Ø  10 trucks

Ø  5 dumpers

Ø  5 shovels

Ø  5 excavators

·       Drilling machines and other heavy equipment

·       Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed

·       Minimize equipment downtime through timely diagnosis and repairs

·       Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and cleanliness

·       Monitor spare parts usage and repair costs

·       Ensure quality and accountability in all workshop repairs

Key Requirements

·       Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent qualification

·       Strong understanding of motor vehicles and heavy equipment maintenance

·       Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults effectively

·       Up-to-date knowledge of current automotive and heavy equipment trends

·       Valid driving licence with practical driving experience

·       Strong leadership and supervisory skills

·       Good planning and reporting skills

·       Experience in quarry, construction, or heavy machinery operations will be an added advantage
