Job Title: Sales Executive–Tours
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Salary: 70,000-80,000
Job Purpose:
Our Client is seeking a results driven and highly motivated Sales Executive to drive travel sales by acquiring and managing clients across institutions, corporate, and NGOs.
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect and generate new business opportuntires
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve abnd exceed revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver compeling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after sales support
- Maintain an up to date sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales performance
- Attend industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality or related industry
- Proven track record in B2B Sales and achievinbg sales targets
- Self driven, proactive and able to work independntly
- Experience dealing with institutions and corporates
- Strong business development and networking skills
- Customer focused with a consultative sales approach
