Job Title: Sales Executive–Tours
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Salary: 70,000-80,000

Job Purpose:
Our Client is seeking a results driven and highly motivated Sales Executive to drive travel sales by acquiring and managing clients across institutions, corporate, and NGOs.

Job description

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Identify, prospect and generate new business opportuntires 
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
  3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve abnd exceed revenue targets 
  4. Prepare and deliver compeling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
  5. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after sales support
  6. Maintain an up to date sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales performance
  7. Attend industry events, networking forums, and client meetings

Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality or related industry
  • Proven track record in B2B Sales and achievinbg sales targets
  • Self driven, proactive and able to work independntly
  • Experience dealing with institutions and corporates
  • Strong business development and networking skills
  • Customer focused with a consultative sales approach
