Location: Flexible, with regular travel across branches. (Nairobi, Nakuru & Eldoret).

Are you a creative and results-driven digital marketing professional with a passion for growing brands online? We are seeking a Digital Marketer to strengthen our digital presence, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth across our product portfolio, including household items, furniture, antiques, home décor, and lifestyle products.
Job description
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales across all branches and brands.
• Create high-quality photo, video, graphic, and written content for social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and grow the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
- Facebook & Instagram Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
• Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging communication across all platforms.
• Capture high-quality content at branch locations, including products, vehicles, customer testimonials, staff activities, events, and behind-the-scenes operations.
• Manage and update company websites, ensuring products, promotions, services, and content remain accurate and up to date.
• Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve website traffic, search rankings, and online visibility.
• Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Monitor and respond to online inquiries, comments, reviews, and customer messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with branch teams to convert digital leads into sales opportunities and track conversion performance.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, exhibitions, sales campaigns, and seasonal marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
• Maintain a library of digital assets, including photos, videos, graphics, testimonials, and marketing materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports highlighting key insights, recommendations, and ROI.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Experience running paid social media and digital advertising campaigns.
• Strong photography, videography, and content editing skills will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
