Job Purpose
Our client, a leading company in the automotive import industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Motor Vehicle Sales Representative to join its Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, guiding clients through the vehicle sourcing and import process, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role requires excellent sales skills, customer focus, and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.

·       Identify, prospect, and convert potential customers into sales.

·       Respond promptly to customer enquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-in visits.

·       Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options based on their needs and budget.

·       Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing within the approved company guidelines.

·       Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into confirmed sales.

·       Coordinate customer orders and provide regular updates throughout the vehicle import and delivery process.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

·       Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/sales database.

·       Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets.

·       Conduct market research on vehicle trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

·       Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, activations, and promotional events to generate new business.

·       Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

·       Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

·       Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

·       Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

·       At least 2 years' experience in motor vehicle sales or a similar sales role.

·       Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·       Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

·       Knowledge of imported motor vehicles and the vehicle import process is an added advantage.

·       Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
