Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Drivers / Warehouse Workers to join a dynamic logistics team in Germany. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely operating forklifts, handling warehouse operations, and ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

• Forklift Operations: Operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Load and unload trucks.

• Stock & Material Handling: Transport goods within the warehouse. Store and retrieve goods from high-bay racking systems.

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch.

• Systems & Technology: Use handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Equipment Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine pre-operation inspections on forklifts. Follow all occupational health and safety regulations.

• Inventory & Maintenance: Support inventory control and stock management activities. Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Education: High School Certificate (KCSE) or equivalent.

• Licensing: Valid Forklift Operator License / Certificate.

• Added Advantage: Additional logistics or warehousing training.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment.

• Equipment Proficiency: Experience operating front forklifts or reach trucks is highly desirable.

• Technical Skills: Experience working with warehouse scanners and inventory systems is an added advantage.

• Language Requirement: German language proficiency (spoken and written), minimum recommended level: A2–B1 (Higher levels may be required depending on the employer).
